Now Serving Fire-Grilled Oysters at the Original Oyster House on the CausewayMonday, Feb 10, 2014
The Original Oyster House on the Causeway debuted fire-grilled oysters, its latest addition to its well-loved seafood menu. Patrons get an extra appetizing delight through the Oyster Cams which capture the sizzle, flame and culinary entertainment of oyster grilling.
After months of design, engineering and renovations, the Original Oyster House restaurant on the Mobile Causeway has unveiled its 7-foot, oyster grill and debuted delectable fire-grilled oysters to rave reviews. Restaurant patrons were treated to samples the first week of February.
“From the Gulf waters to our seven-foot fire-grill, nothing is fresher and more delicious than our fire-grilled oysters,” said Joe Roszkowski, co-owner of the Original Oyster House restaurants. “Our plump oysters are right from Alabama Gulf waters, are ladled in garlic butter, topped with Parmesan and Romano cheeses and cooked over chargrilled flames until they’re bubbling hot, perfectly seared and sizzling with juices. Paired with crusty New Orleans’ style French bread, customers are delighted about our new menu item,” claimed Roszkowski.
The Original Oyster House has become the “must-go-to” place for seafood on the Causeway and for its panoramic waterfront sunsets. Fire-grilled oysters are just another appetizing enticement for seafood lovers as you will find “oyster cams” throughout the restaurant that capture the sizzle, flame and culinary entertainment of oyster grilling along with the incredible aroma and savory sounds.
