The Gulf Shores and Mobile Causeway Original Oyster House restaurants closed early for its annual Christmas party in December to celebrate its employees, employee of the month winners and award from a pool of monthly winners, two staff members who exemplify the company’s mission and core values. Jose Cruz, a server from the Mobile Causeway location and Dana Novakova, a prep cook of the Gulf Shores location were named the 2017 Employees of the Year.
